At EVLATH JEWELS, a proud brand under EVLATH HOLDINGS, we value your trust and strive to provide you with the best shopping experience. Please read our policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Imitation Jewellery Returns

For hygiene and product safety reasons, our imitation jewellery is not eligible for return or exchange, unless the product you received is defective or damaged. We maintain strict quality control to ensure every piece reaches you in perfect condition.

2. Damage or Defect Claims

If you receive a defective or damaged product, please report it to us within 48 hours of delivery.

· Proof Required: You must provide clear images or video proof of the defect to process your claim. (Note: We highly recommend recording an unboxing video when you receive your package.

· Claim Window: Claims made after the initial 48-hour period may not be accepted.

· Resolution: Once your claim is verified by our team, we will provide a replacement or a refund, as applicable.

3. Sale & Discounted Items

Products purchased during special sales, promotional events, or at discounted prices are considered final sales. These items cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances.

4. Refund Process

If your refund is approved regarding a damaged or defective item, it will be processed within 7 to 10 working days. The funds will be credited back directly to your original payment method. Please note that original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

5. Order Cancellations

If you change your mind, orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase, provided they have not yet been shipped. Once an order has been processed or dispatched from our facility, cancellations will no longer be accepted.

6. Colour Variation & Plating Disclaimer (Added for Website Protection)

Please note that slight colour variations may occur due to different screen settings, photography lighting, or natural stone characteristics. Additionally, the gradual fading of gold plating over time due to regular use or exposure to moisture and chemicals is normal and is not considered a manufacturing defect.
